At Baifumei we offer the fastest service we can. That means as soon as payment is made, we submit your order to Korea to begin preparing. Therefore unfortunately once we have started processing your order it is impossible to cancel.
Once we have ordered your goods, please note that some of your ordered products might not be prepared due to temporarily out of stock, lack of stock, or discontinued status. We are able to check the fixed quantity after we make the orders to our suppliers as well. After you make the payment, we also pay the products’ cost to our suppliers. Then, the suppliers check the fixed order quantity and send us the fresh products. In this process, even though your ordered products are out of stock, we cannot cancel the other products or give you a refund for them because we already paid for the products and received them. This is how it normally works in the wholesaling business.
Please note that on any credit or refund decisions, there are fees that may be taken into account. Generally, as a store, we are charged 2.5% on all transactions made through our store and 2.5% charged from our card provider on the final total invoice amount. Any refund or credit made may incur these charges twice (once for the processing of the payment and secondly for the refunding/crediting of monies back.)
