Baifumei now has a new customer account section for customers to keep an eye on and track orders , re-order easily, submit contact and most importantly use credits.
On occasion, there are times when a credit is raised on your order, usually for one reason the order amount paid is now in credit due to out of stock or discountined items being purchased. At the last moment we can get notified of this and then have to raise a credit.
There are often times when an order cannot be 100% fulfilled, and a credit is due. To make the process of refunding much easier, any credits due will be added immediately to your customer account to be used.
How to Use
In the below example, the customer has $10 credit. This is how they will use the credit.
