What shall I do if I receive the wrong items?

All of our goods are checked in Korea at time of order and rechecked again at our Korean warehouse. Therefore incorrect orders are something that happens very rarely.

However if you have received the wrong items, please contact us within 2 days after receiving your items. Any communication afterward will not be entertained. Sometimes, products are renewed and there packaging is changed or they have an additional gift item along. Such cases are not treated as wrong item.
