How to Track?
Before chasing to see where is your shipment is it very important to check if the shipment actually is late. The best thing to do first is to track your shipment.
To track your order:
Is my order late?
Take these 2 situations.
Todays date is April 27th.
Customer 1 under Order 1376 track their order and see the status below.
According to the status, the shipment is on time, since the status was updated on April 27th, and the order has an alert of 1-2 days.
Todays date is still April 27th.
Customer 2 also has an order, under Order 1381 track their order and see the status below.
According to this status, this shipment is actually late, since the status was updated on April 20th, and the order has an alert of 3-5 days. This would make the expected update day as 25th, making this order 2 days behind schedule and therefore late.
